Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the Challenger Circle Membership (the "Membership"), provided by Go SimplyFit LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they include automatic recurring billing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. The 21-day free trial is limited to one trial per individual for life. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment where eligibility cannot be verified.

2. The Offer: $1 Setup, 21-Day Free Trial, Then $89/Month

When you enroll, you pay a one-time $1 account setup fee today and receive a 21-day free trial with full access to the Membership.

After your 21-day free trial ends, your Membership will automatically continue at $89 per month unless you cancel before your trial ends. By enrolling, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method the $1 setup fee today and the recurring $89 monthly fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Your $89 monthly Membership fee will be billed automatically to the payment method on file, on a recurring monthly basis, beginning at the end of your 21-day free trial and continuing each month until you cancel. Each renewal charges the then-current monthly rate. We will notify you in advance of any change to the recurring price.

4. Advance Reminder Before Your First Charge

As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your first $89 charge, notifying you that your free trial is ending and that billing is about to begin. While we provide this reminder, you remain responsible for monitoring your trial and renewal dates and for canceling before a charge if you do not wish to continue.

5. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, including during your free trial, with no further obligation. To cancel, use the one-click cancellation link included in any Challenger Circle Membership email. If you need help, you may also contact us at [email protected] and we will process your cancellation.

If you cancel before your 21-day free trial ends, you will not be charged the $89 monthly fee. If you cancel after a monthly charge has been processed, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you will not be billed again.

6. Refund Policy

The 21-day trial period is free. The one-time $1 setup fee is non-refundable. All Membership payments that process after the trial ends are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, and no proration applies. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund charges that have already been processed.

7. Your Free Gifts & Bonuses

Any free gifts or bonuses you are awarded as standalone items (for example, your One Habit Away completion certificate and any downloadable bonus materials you have received) are yours to keep even if you cancel. Please note that access to Membership-gated features — including the community, ongoing course content, live sessions, and active prize eligibility — ends when your Membership ends.

8. Membership Access & Acceptable Use

Your Membership may include the Activation System, community features, course content, live Q&A sessions, coaching, and prize/incentive opportunities, as offered from time to time. Accounts are for your individual use and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

9. Prizes & Incentives

From time to time we may offer incentives, challenges, or prizes to active Members. Eligibility requires an active, paid Membership in good standing at the time of award unless otherwise stated. Prize values and availability may change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any incentive program.

10. Health Disclaimer

The Membership provides general fitness, wellness, and educational content. It is not intended as medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or healthcare provider. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go SimplyFit LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Membership. The Membership is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting billing will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued Membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
